The first screen that was ordered was the wrong one. The display was not bright. When I told Nandana about the problem,he ordered a new part. Okay, long post. it was 7:30 pm on Labor Day and I was in a bind to say the least as I needed a working laptop by the morning (and I was actually pretty sure my laptop was utterly beyond repair and needed a professional opinion.) I decided to take a gamble and drive here from the deep south (almost 40 min one way!) after seeing the glowing reviews, and after explaining the urgency of the situation, he not only dropped everything else he was doing and repaired it, but had it back to me by 11 pm, working as good as new. I was expecting a much bigger bill for this rush service, but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. Not to mention he never once made me feel like I was an imposition on him once I had explained how badly I needed the work done, he was professional and very understanding.
